Now I appear to be posting in French Titles, I guess it makes sense this post is about the updated St Paul de Vence Grand Prefab released today in Unfurnished. Furnished will release on Friday.
This was the original series of Red/Rouge/Crimson houses now re-rendered, prim lowered and sculpts added. I have been ear deep in Mesh for the last month so it’s nice to still release these and they have the new “mega” prims Linden Lab now supports to keep the prim down count.
It’s a very flexible build, can be a two bedroom house (with a sun room that easily converts into a second bathroom) or a larger luxury style house with formal dining and work space. It’s set up for entertaining with a large outdoor patio and pool so perfect for parties too or for those who love to decorate with plants and greenery.
It fits best on a 8000sqm plot with a footprint of 45 x 45 m and prim count of 258. Now up for sale at 249L.
